What is the return policy?
At J Aleise Beauty, every product is crafted with care using high-quality oils and herbal ingredients. Due to the nature of our self-care and personal care products, we maintain the following return policy to ensure the safety and integrity of our products.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- The item must be in the same condition you received it.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
How do I start a return?
If something isn’t quite right with your order, please email us at jaleisebeauty@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and details about the issue. We’ll guide you through the return process. Eligible items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used or beauty products.
- Products marked as final sale.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

How long does refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified if your refund is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
